Looking for a roommate in Bed-Stuy starting October 1!
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my rent controlled 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy starting October 1. Currently rent is $2955, split 55/45 since I am in the larger bedroom. Ideally looking for another woman, preferably 25+.
A little about me: I’m 29 and work in digital marketing in SoHo, working hybrid format. I’d love to find someone who I can not only live well with, but hopefully become friends with, too! Outside of work, I love reading (big on romance and fantasy), working out (gym, yoga, and Pilates), and going dancing or seeing live music. I’m definitely looking for someone who’s friendly and social, but also respectful of having our own lives and space. I am LGBTQ and 420 friendly as well.
The apartment is in a great location on Bedford Ave right off the G and has:
