You'll be sharing the apartment with three gents all creatives who work hard and enjoy coming home to cook, make cocktails, listen to good music, and unwind.

We're looking for someone who values a clean, respectful shared home. Everyone is expected to leave the common areas exactly as they found them. That means washing your dishes by the end of each night, wiping down counters after cooking, cleaning up hair in the shower, putting things back where they belong, and keeping noise to a reasonable level after 10 PM on weeknights.

**This is not a "clean it later" household.** We all clean up after ourselves immediately so the space stays enjoyable for everyone.

**If you're naturally tidy, considerate, and believe shared spaces should always be left ready for the next person, you'll fit right in. If you're someone who tends to leave dishes, clutter, or messes for later, this won't be the right home for you.**
