The bedroom

Looking for a subletter for my clean, modern, cozy apartment from September to the end of October, with the option to renew the lease in November with my current roommate if it’s a good fit.

Central AC/heat, in-building laundry, well-maintained and recently renovated building. Great neighborhood, two bodegas on the corner. 10 minute walk to Myrtle Broadway (J/M) and Kosciuszko (J), 15-20 min to Utica (A/C) and Bedford-Nostrand (G). Great views of Downtown Brooklyn from the roof, which has some tables and chairs and stuff.

The unfurnished room has a big north-facing window and a good sized closet with two shelves. It’s not massive but I fit a full-sized bed, a desk, and a couple side tables in there.

One bathroom, shared kitchen and living room. There is an additional spare room between the two bedrooms which is currently used for a television and music stuff, but I’ll be clearing out the music equipment, so there will be extra space in there. Most of the shared furniture will be left behind, but a lot of the decor will be gone.

Current roommate is a mid/late 20s guy who works in-person in the wine and spirits industry. Pets may be allowed with a pet deposit on a case-by-case basis. (The cat in the pictures will not be there.)

$1456/mo rent, plus wifi/electric/gas, which run about $150-200/mo depending on the season.
