Hi! One of my roommates is moving out soon and we are looking to find a new roomie to take her room. Move-in date starting 9/1. It’s a 3bedroom apt, 2 bath, & rent stabilized in bed-stuy and is a very short 2 min walk to the G train. The room comes semi-furnished, it has a full sized bed & a small desk, please see photos for reference. If you’d like to get rid of the existing furniture and bring your own, that will be fine! Apt has laundry in building, gym & rooftop access. I work in healthcare and am out during the day, and there’s another female roommate who is currently finishing up grad school. Looking for a female in their mid 20s-30s that’s easy going, respectful, communicative.
