Private room in Bedstuy available for sublet until March 2027.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Bedstuy, near the Myrtle Broadway train stop.
The apartment is shared with one roommate who is a mid 20s software engineer that works remotely. He is a great guy, he's very easygoing and keeps things clean.
This place is in a great location, it takes me ~20 minutes to get to the delancey essex stop from walking out the door.
You would get the room shown in the pictures, along with a private half bathroom. There is a shared office space in the front room of the apartment. I currently only have a chair in there but there's room for another desk setup.
No smoking allowed indoors here.
This sublease will require your name to be transferred onto the lease, due to some stipulations in our lease not allowing subletting unless the name on the lease is replaced.
I've liked this place but I'm moving to philly because I've been reassigned at my job. The lease goes until Feb 28th 2027.
