Large Basement room in Bed-Stuy Duplex !

Bed, keybord, and desk all fit the length of the room.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This is a large basement room in a spacious 4 bed, 1.5 bath duplex. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink, upstairs has the shower. it has no closet but plenty of space for me to keep my bicycle and a clothing and shoe rack in the space outside the room. We have central heat and air, too!

ABOUT THE ROOM

The room has a ton of space! I have a queen bed, a 3’6” desk, a full keyboard, two bedside tables, and room for plenty more ! The room also has a private entrance (I used it when I moved in, very handy) but you may choose to cover it up like a normal wall. Bonus is the built in shelf thingy I keep my books on (see pics)

ABOUT MY ROOMMATES

We are quiet , neat, respectful, late 20s-mid30s. All of us are involved in music aside from our various day jobs. I’ve been here over a year and have never had issues with noise, cleanliness, or extended overnight guests :) We split Electricity , Gas, and Internet equally.

ABOUT THE AREA

The apartment is one block from the Bedford Nostrand G stop! Amazing location honestly. Walking distance to coffee shops, the YMCA, grocery stores, the Marcy library, and Herbert Von King park. The street is quiet and full of tree coverage.
