The building only has four units, so it's a lovely close-knit community, full of young working adults, with garden events down the block. Just a 5 minute walk to the Myrtle-Willoughby G. I currently reside in the apartment so you will be living with me.

The room overlooks a beautiful green space and has a large fire escape that works as a balcony. It comes furnished with an AC window unit and a full wardrobe with hangers and shelves. The only thing not included is the desk, as I've been using the space as an office and I'm moving it into my room.

A little about me: I work as an art director and designer. I like to keep things chill around the apartment, so looking for someone easygoing. I've been living here for over a year now, and the place has been in the family for many years.

I'll need to run a credit check, and you'll need to be gainfully employed. Security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing. Also no smoking and no pets, per the building.
