Need a third roomate to move into our apartment. The open room is massive and has a half bath attached. We have a private backyard with grill and furniture. We all split utilities.

We need you to commit asap and get your info into our management company before Sunday 7/5. You would move in Aug 1

We keep a clean house. We like to have a few beers on the weekend. Neither of us smoke.
I work in office everyday and am out of the house a lot. Joe works at the hospital everyday. Both of us start our days before 7:30.

This place is sweet, the only issue is our management company needs you to have a guarantor (even if you make $$$$) and then they still ask for a bunch of documents. It kinda frustrated me last year but other than that they’ve been chill.
