Looking for a roommate to renew my current lease with an August 1 move-in. Rent is $4,100/month for a 12-month lease. Since this is a lease renewal, the required security deposit is significantly lower than it would be for a new lease.

The apartment features an in-unit washer/dryer, private balcony, full-service doorman, and gym. Applicants should be able to meet the building's 30x annual income requirement.
