This beautiful 4th floor duplex apartment is located on the edge of BedStuy and Clinton Hill at Myrtle Ave. Close to lots of great food, cafes, bars, grocery, and just down the street from Ft Greene Park.

The apartment is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with central heating and cooling, an in-unit dishwasher, and an in-building washer/dryer, and good closets/storage. There is also some outdoor storage space at ground level for a small item or two, if needed.

The apartment is split between myself and only one another person, my current roommate, moving out to live with his partner at the end of June. We are seeking someone to do a one-month lease takeover starting at the beginning of July, and sign a new 12-month lease that starts on August 1st.

The lease takeover would include one bedroom, and a shared second room that is currently used as an office & and a spare bedroom. Individual rent is $2400 not including utilities (electricity, gas, and internet)

We are flexible on the move-in date in July and can prorate rent.

A little about me… I’m pretty socially active, and work in finance on a hybrid schedule. Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants, traveling, music, sports, and outdoor activities. The apartment is a nice retreat after work and busy weekends with tons of light and great views. I’m fairly easy-going, respectful of other’s property/space, and clean up after myself and routinely around the apt. Looking for someone on that same page.
