My roommate and I are looking for one person to be added to our three bedroom brownstone apartment lease in Bedstuy starting August 1st. We are a 3 minute walk from the Nostrand A/C stop and 8 minutes from the Nostrand LIRR. The laundromat has drop
Off service for $1 per pound and is only a block away. We have an in unit dishwasher and a nice couch and tv setup. Our current roommate is open to selling their mattress and bedframe to the new tenant.

Requirements:
Rent is $1500 a month and a security deposit is $1500 with first months rent.
Makes 40x rent and a 700+ credit score.
If you are a student or have been with your current job than less than 6 months you must have a guarantor.
The only utilities is electric which we split evenly.

I’m Brandon. I’m 26 years old and work as a technical specialist at a retail store. I’m originally from Southern California and been in NYC for two years. I enjoy all things Pokémon, playing Nintendo switch and PC games, cooking, and hangouts with my friends and roommates. Wesley is 27 and works as a high school teach in Dumbo. He’s originally from Florida and has been in NYC for 2 1/2 years. He enjoys reading manga and playing pc games. He also like to chill out with us roommates. We’ve know each other for about two years.
