Discounted sublet w/ cat-sitting Aug - 2bed2ba

Hi there! I am going out of town for the full month of August and am looking for a responsible tenant or tenants to stay at my place and cat-sit my adorable cat Punky while I'm out in exchange for discounted rent for the apartment. 2 people max. Open to a couple!

Applicants must have cat-sitting experience or experience owning a cat themselves. Responsibilities: feeding, giving him fresh water, changing litter, and spending quality time with the cutest guy on Earth.

The large master bedroom is furnished - queen bed - and has an en suite bathroom.

The smaller bedroom is unfurnished - can fit a full bed. There is a separate bathroom in the hallway for this person.

(There's an office as well, but this will not have sublet access.)

The apartment itself is huge - a full floor, and the living room is very large, with a big window and lots of great light.

The kitchen is separated and there's lots of cabinet space and good counter space.

You will hear some noise from upstairs and downstairs sometimes, so this is best for people who aren't super sensitive to that. It's pretty quiet in the back (larger) room.

This is a great transitional space. If you're interested, we can have a video phone call and then I will need to meet you by the first week of July in person to ensure trust / safety and for the reassurance of my neighbors. This is a friendly building.

I am also looking for a roommate for September and forward, but that would be for the unfurnished room. I'm open to having someone catsit for August and then move in September if, when we meet, it seems like a good fit!
