$1700 - Bed-Stuy with backyard - 1 Male RM, 2 BR

Hi! I had a personal matter come up and I need to move out last minute for July 1 and I'm either transferring the lease or subletting my room.

The house details:
- The "room" you're renting -- is really two small rooms: 1 small BR (fits queen size bed, photos show queen size bed) and 1 small office
- Perfect set-up if you work from home (I was going to make the second room my living room / office / gym equipment room)
- You have 1 Male roommate, my friend Adam. Has lived there 3+ years. Does improv, cool/normal/fun guy
- There are 2 bathrooms, 1 for you and 1 for Adam (photos feature your bathroom)
- There are no pets in the house
- No dishwasher, yes washer/dryer (in the photos)
- The apartment is the top half of a duplex, and the top apartment / bottom apartment know each other
- The backyard is shared between the two units, and great for hosting friends (my favorite part of living there)
- There is a big basement, and you can chat with the current roommates + store a few items there
- Utilities are separate, typical NYC prices. Lmk if you have any questions there
- The street parking is pretty good compared to other places I've been in BK. Alternate-side parking like everywhere
