Looking for a roommate to join a bright, sunny 2-bedroom apartment on Lexington Ave in Brooklyn. Located on the 4th floor of a classic walk-up, the apartment gets fantastic natural light throughout the day and has a comfortable shared living space. The location is ideal—on a quiet residential block with easy access to transit, restaurants, cafés, bars, and parks.

Transit: 5-minute walk to the G train and 10 minutes to the A/C trains.

I'm 26, originally from London, and moved to New York three years ago. I work in the art world and am typically in the office Monday through Thursday, working remotely on Fridays.

I'm friendly, respectful, and easygoing, and I appreciate a home that feels comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed.
Ideally, I'm looking for a young professional who is tidy, communicative, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Female preferred, but I'm open to all applicants. I'd love to find someone who is independent, responsible, and interested in creating a positive, fun living environment.

The building requires applicants to earn approximately 40x the monthly rent annually for approval. Guarantors are accepted and generally need to earn approximately 80x the monthly rent annually. Application requires a valid ID, most recent bank statement, W-2 or tax return, employment verification letter, and completed application paperwork. There is a $200 application fee per applicant (and guarantor, if applicable). One month's security deposit and first month's rent are due at move-in.
My current roommate will be taking some furniture, which creates a great opportunity to refresh parts of the common space together once you move in. She is also taking the cat!
