I'm looking for one new roomie for my cozy 3bd/1ba apartment in BedStuy!

About the apartment:
3 bedrooms, each with enough space for a queen size bed and desk.

The bedroom for rent also has a deep, tall closet and looks out onto the back garden.

Rent is $1118, utilities are generally $50-75/person/month, and Wi-Fi is ~$25.

Looking for someone to move in by June 1st!

Pets not *technically* allowed, but the landlord might give an accomodation for a cat or small dog- we can talk about it.

About me: 32F, she/her, queer professional, 420 friendly, but not inside. I work in textiles in midtown, M-F, 9-5. I've lived in the apartment two years, and have come to really love the building and neighborhood. I'm a quiet and clean roommate, and am looking for similar people. I'm generally out of the house by 8-8:15am and don't get home til 6. I occasionally will host one person if someone comes to visit, but don't tend to have groups of people over (like for dinner parties etc).

About our other roommate:
Hi! My name's Jo-Lisa (Jo). Born and raised in Brooklyn. I'm 31F, queer and pronouns are she/her. I work in book publishing as a Digital Advertiser. WFH 3 days a week. My income is $65,000 and credit score is 797. I don't have any pets but am interested in getting a cat.
I'm a really quiet person. I love to read, write, play video games, and would like to learn to play bass guitar. I host a bookclub with my friends every month. We rotate which house to meet at so not every meeting would be out the apartment. But my friends are similar calm, quiet bunch. When im not home, I'm either off to my aerial dance class, grabbing a drink with friends, or at a concert.

About you:
Ideally 20s-40s, LGBTQIA+ friendly, respectful of common spaces quiet hours 10pm-7am in the building.
