Room in Bedstuy- $950/month, move in 06/01

We have a room available in our 4 Bed, 2 bath apartment in Bedstuy- only a 7 minute walk to the Myrtle/Willoughby G, or the Myrtle/Broadway JMZ! The apartment features a private driveway (which you’d be more than welcome to park in), a private backyard, a washing machine, and 2 stories with plenty of space for storage if needed. Plus, there's a well-stocked grocery store on the other end of the block.
The room is on the lower level, which it shares with one other bedroom, the laundry room, and a studio space, with the door to the backyard just down the hallway. It has surprisingly good natural light and a closet, and it's large enough to fit a full size bed and desk with enough room left to move around comfortably. If you’d like to keep the mattress and bedframe I’m happy to leave it for you, but if not, it will be removed prior to the move-in date.
Upstairs is the dining/living room, kitchen, a shared office, and the bathroom (shared by 2 others)- all kept clean and organized according to our rotating cleaning schedule.
There are 3 other roommates, all involved in the arts in one way or another: Kaylee (she/her, 23) and Maria (she/her, 26) are both studying poetry in MFA programs, and Rowan (he/him, 22) just completed his undergrad in fine art. We’re all pretty chatty and enjoy eating dinner together every now and then, but we’re all kept busy with school/work so the house is usually pretty quiet and we only have friends over once in a while.
If you’re mindful of communal spaces, can respect quiet hours (after 10pm m-f, 12pm on weekends), and have a compatible work schedule, please reach out with a little info about yourself and a time you’re available for a tour! Thanks :)
