This spacious and comfortable room is a great place to study, work from home or relax after a long day. There's a queen size bed, desk with a chair and clothing rack with shelves. Have a nice breakfast or cook a meal in the roomy kitchen.
Great commute to the city, just 12-15 minutes ride to Fulton st. There are buses and citibike to get to other parts of Brooklyn easily. A cute cat lives here:)

This is a calm, peaceful home best suited for guests who enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I want to make sure we’re on the same page about a few house expectations:
• Please clean up after yourself when using shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.
• Quiet hours begin after 10 PM — no loud conversations, and headphones are required for music, videos, or other entertainment.
• No late night or overnight guests.

Please note that shoes should be taken off when you enter the apartment, and there's a garbage disposal schedule for all roommates.

If you are running AC, please close the door and turn it off when you leave. AC usage is $60/mo June-September.

There are three bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
