Rent is $1875 + utilities.
The A/C line at Utica is about 12 min away, and the J/Z/M at Myrtle-Broadway is about 15 min away. B52 bus is 3 min away.

The bedroom pictured would be your room! Right now my roommate still has some furniture inside, but this will be removed by the time you move in. The bed pictured is a queen. The bathroom pictured will be your private master bathroom :)
