2 rooms w/private bathrooms

A cozy 3 bed, 3 bath apartment on the 3rd floor (rear of the building). Each bedroom has a private bathroom, we have a storage closet in the hall just outside the apartment, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement (~$4 per load). There’s central air, gas and electric is through National Grid and Con Ed. We also have a grassy area in the back and rooftop access in addition to being right around the corner from Herbert Von King Park.

The current rent for the largest room is $1,500/month. It’s about 8ft x 12ft and has access to the fire escape.

The current rent for the smallest room is $1,100/month and it’s about 8ft x 8ft.

My name is Lonni and I’m the current roommate! I’m transmasc (they/them) and would love to live with other queer folks. For work, I’m an engagement manager at a nonprofit working with high school students. I am also starting a part time grad program in the fall. I sometimes work from home in my room.
