The time has come—I am leaving New York and the apartment I have loved for the last five (!) years. My cozy room & its bed nook need a new gal to call it home—could it be you?

Room is fully furnished with:

-full size bed, frame w/ headboard, and matching under-bed storage drawer
-desk
-dresser
-nightstand

Looking for a lease takeover starting either in mid May or June 1st through the end of the lease, August 31st. There is the option to resign for the next year, should that be desired by all roommates. I am moving across the country, so the furniture will become yours, and if you decide not to stay once the lease is up, you will be responsible for removing it from the apartment.

Please note that because this is a lease takeover, a deposit is due at signing. Please also note that you may need a guarantor to sign along with you if your application does not meet the income & credit score requirements (mine didn't when I first moved here, my mom signed with me the first year, nbd).

The apartment:
-1 block from the train + multiple bus lines
-AC/heat units in every room
-3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths
-dishwasher
-private balcony + roof access
-laundry + gym in the building
-accessable (elevator)
-fun neighborhood - bars, eats, thrifting, and a park all within walking distance
