Lease Takeover 1BR of 3 Bed Stuy Just Off Halsey J Stop - May 1st

Hi all! My roommate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to fill his spot/room in our lease! The two of us remaining are in our 20s (well I’m getting near to 30), quiet clean and respectful roommates with guests over once in a while but generally a chill vibe. We both like to cook and have a well-furnished kitchen and living room, and my room and the soon-vacant room share an office room (only furnished with stuff of mine for now but room to add another desk, etc). The current occupant is willing to part with some furniture, so if you'd like anything thrown in please ask. Bedroom features a very tell closet, tall ceiling, exposed brick, and fire escape access. The rent is 1284 per person month (we just divide the total three ways), there is a shared bathroom for the two rooms that share the office (pictured) and another bathroom for the third, larger bedroom + guests. I am fairly available for the next couple of weeks to schedule any visits from interested parties! There’s no in-building laundry but there is a very close laundry spot around the corner, as well as multiple great takeout places that make this area a highlight for me. We are very close to the J line and about a 15 minute walk from the C, as well as lots of buses servicing the area!
