Looking for one nice, clean person to fill one unfurnished room in our incredible 3 BR 2 BA apartment! I’ve lived here for almost 8 years now and I never want to leave because this place is AMAZING! Looking for a year-long lease signing starting June 1st (no sublets please). Applicants with guarantors preferred.
