Lovely, rent-stabilized apartment in BedStuy with roof access, gym in building, laundry in building, and a peta spa in the basement. Also have access to the sister building's amenities across the street, including a movie theater. I currently live here with two roomates (25F and 22M (the male roommate is gay)) and we are looking for someone to take my spot on the lease. Great deal at $1235 a month.
