Hello! I am moving out of my 4bed 1bath apartment in Bed-Stuy and am in search of someone to take over my room.

Rent: $1050 monthly plus utilities. You pay security and first months rent to move in.

Details:
- largest bedroom in a 4bed. The room has a closet along with storage space above the closet. The bedroom has two windows and gets great natural sunlight throughout the day
- Heat and hot water included in rent. You pay electric, internet, and gas (electricity varies, but internet is $10/month for your share, and gas is $10 for the whole apartment)
- The apartment itself is quite large and has space for you to feel free and comfortable. It has a large kitchen with a fridge and oven.
- Roommates are all in their mid 20’s and tend to keep to themselves. They are very kind and have busy lives outside of the apartment. The usual visitor comes over but it’s never intrusive.
- 2nd floor walk up with laundry in building. Though there is a cheaper laundromat at the end of the block as well.
- 8 mins from Myrtle-Willoughby G stop and 12 mins from the Flushing Ave and Myrtle-Broadway JMZ (both stops are equal distance.

I’m only moving out because I am moving in with my partner. The place is nice and the room is spacious for New York standards.
