We have one bedroom available in a 3BR/2BA apartment in Bed Stuy. Available immediately. Sublease until 6/30/26. Available month to month or longer. Priority given to people interested in renting for the entire period. Previous roommate was great, but he left to live with his girlfriend.

1000/month, not including utilities.

Bathroom is shared with one roommate.

Backyard facing bedroom gets lots of sunlight. Very large floor-to-ceiling closet, a fire escape. High ceilings (11ft). Wood floors. Can fit a queen bed and desk.

12 min walk to Kingston Throop A/C. 15 Min walk to Herbert Von King Park (and G train). Very near Tompkins Ave, with many great restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, and dive bars.

The two other roommates are both filmmakers in their late 20's/early 30's. We work hybrid schedules and so sometimes are home all day. We're looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed, who doesn't mind a bit of guitar or vinyl being played – creative types are especially welcome :). We both read a lot, and I enjoy cooking often. Always down to hang and watch a good movie or chat about life, but we don't have to be best friends.

There's a nook with storage space that you're welcome to use (can fit a bike or extra boxes, suitcases).

The only caveat: the bedroom faces the backyard of a bar, which can be quite noisy from 8pm until it closes at 11/11:30. If you need a very quiet place during these hours, this might not be a great fit. Otherwise the space is a great deal and the apartment is very spacious overall.
