About the apartment:
Each roommate has their own private bathroom. The apartment features an in-unit washer and dryer, a large kitchen with dishwasher, and a spacious living room. Wall-mounted units in each room provide heating and cooling with individual temperature control. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Bedford–Nostrand G train. Utilities are split between the three roommates and average about $125/month per person.

About the room:
The room is cozy, quiet, and gets great natural light. Since it doesn’t face the street, it stays especially peaceful. The room comes furnished with a full-size bed and mattress, dresser, bedside table, and wardrobe rack. It also has a private en suite bathroom.

About the roommates:
The other roommates are professionals/students in their mid-20s. They are clean, considerate, and easy to live with.
