Hi!

I am looking for someone to takeover my room Bed Stuy. Currently living in a 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, with one roomate. We live in a brownstone-esque townhouse up the stoop and on the second floor. Less than 10-min walk from the A/C line.

Ideal roomate is clean / mindful of the shared spaces. Current roomie is 30+ and a young professional. We are looking for someone who also aligns with this lifestyle. Pet friendly, no deposit, and first month pro-rated! The room is somewhat small, full bed reccomended. I can include / hand down my matress and frame if you need it (no extra cost). Street parking available. Let's set up a time to tour!
