The apartment has two floors. The first bedroom (which is currently mine) is on the first floor, along with the kitchen, shared living room, and main bathroom. The large bedroom (approx 3x the size of the upstairs bedroom) is downstairs and has its own private half bath. There is room for a queen bed, dresser, desk, and small sofa and TV. The setup of the apartment is great for extra privacy if that’s something you are looking for!

It is also in a prime location for commuting to the city. Right off the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, you can easily take the G to the L. There are also tons of cafes/restaurants/bars nearby, as well as a short walk to Herbert Von King park.

I have loved living in this area, and have had no concerns about the apartment itself. It is clean, no pests, and the property manager is responsive when any issues arise. There is laundry in the building, and access to the rooftop with a gorgeous view of Brooklyn!
