Bedstuy Room Available April 1st

Hi!
I have a room available starting April 1st!

It’s a 3 bed/1bath.

Looking for someone to fill one of the rooms. Room comes with a mattress and frame (can be removed upon request).

Room is available April 1st through October 31st with possibility for an extension. (Can be flexible with length of time)
We will have a written agreement in place.

Rent: The room is $1200/month. Has a closet. Fits a full bed and desk. Utilities are separate, split three ways. Tends to be under $100/month for national grid, con ed, and internet. We rotate purchasing of: dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap.

Me: 36 (almost 37!). I have a chihuahua terrier who stays mainly in my room. I’m a general manager at a restaurant in Greenpoint so I’m typically at the restaurant Tuesday-Saturday. I’ve been in the apartment since 2017!

Roommate:
Friendly guy who in the third room. Keeps to himself and works as an overnight manager. Just turned 40.

We are both very chill and easygoing. Both gay and LGBTQIA friendly.

Apartment is in Bedstuy- but close enough to Bushwick. About a 7 minute walk to the J train at Gates and about a 12 minute walk to the C train at Ralph. Very quiet neighborhood There’s a washer dryer in the basement, laundry across the street, coffee shop, grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Very quiet block with families.

Looking for someone who we can hang with but also okay doing their own thing, pays rent and utilities on time.

To move in (prior to April 1st)
$1200 deposit (refundable when given 30 days notice if you move out)
