Room in 3 bed 1.5 bath in Bed Stuy

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath unit in Bed Stuy 2 mins of the Bedford Nostrand G on May 1st. The lease ends in September, but the unit is rent stabilized so if you do decide to stay it can only go up 3%. Building has a package room, laundry, an elevator, a gym, and a rooftop. The room is the largest room in the unit, and each room has its own heating/cooling unit. It has a small closet, and comfortably fits a full size bed. The other two roommates are super sweet and cool. One is a server, and has been living in the unit for 5 years now. The other is a master’s student studying journalism. We are looking for a 20’s to 30’s female to move into the unit and stay for the remainder of the lease. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and am sad to be leaving but I’m going to be solo travelling before moving to the West Coast.
