The immediate neighborhood has great bars, restaurants, and extensive food options. Prospect Park is a short walk, and many of Brooklyn's best spots are a short distance away too. My home is an oasis in the bustling city, so you'll always have a quiet, homey, art-filled space to return to after a busy day out and about. Great for families and groups.

This newly-renovated beautiful brownstone home originally built in 1899 is well equipped with all modern amenities (central A/C + heat, fiber internet, washer/dryer in the basement, dishwasher, 65-inch TV, hi-fi stereo), full of art, mid-century furniture, a jungle of plants, and a huge backyard with a flower garden, hammock, Weber BBQ, and fire pit. The main bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king-size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. All mattresses are very comfortable. Third bedroom can also be set up as an office. High-ceilings throughout. Friendly, helpful neighbors above.

Both floors get terrific, bright south-facing light. The street outside is very quiet, as there is no thru-traffic. The surrounding neighborhood is bustling and full of great food, cool bars, and shops.

In addition to the rent, there is a one-time cleaning charge of $200 per stay.
