This is a really nice big room. The apt has a full dining room and living room and a large 12ft kitchen. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms. The apt is 4 blocks from the A/C train. There are many cafes and restaurants. The Supermarket is one block away. You must be VERY clean and respectful. WE are looking for a mature tidy nice person to add tp the apartment. The room has one bedroom and two closets, Hard wood floors in the entire apartment. You have to take turns on chores such as clean LR and know how to recycle, clean the kitchen and dining room regularly. NO smoking of any kind. No weed smoking or vaping. No pets of any kind,
