Roomate/Subleaser needed

There is a spare room available in my apartment following my roommates departure. The room pictured with the loft bed will not be furnished, giving you the chance to add your own decorations and personality to the room.
(however my roomate is selling everything in there if you’d like to purchase anything)

It is a 3 story walk up to a renovated apartment with a shared bathroom and living room. Kitchen is renovated with a newer microwave, sink and a dishwasher. Laundry is in-unit with a special key. Bathroom is also renovated with cabinet space to fit any bathroom items you may have.

The building is located a block from the Myrtle-Whilloughby ave G train, as well as 4 blocks away from the Myrtle ave J/M/Z trains, about 15-25 minutes from the city. Our super is very responsive and quick to fix any issues that arise, and our management office is a quarter mile away.

I am a 22 year old college student who likes to stay tidy and clean, I have one cat and he is very sweet and socialized. I am respectful of your wishes and preferences and am friendly, but I also value alone time when I can get it. I like to make sure this place feels like your home as well as mine.

Our management will have to approve you to move in, all it requires is your ID, SSN, and pay stubs to authenticate.
