Cozy room tucked away in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
Looking for a roommate to potentially sign a one year lease come July 31st.

About the apartment/room: Walking distance from many popular bars and restaurants. Also walking distance from the A, C, and G trains as well as the B52,, B15, B38. Room is partially furnished with an air conditioner and a bed frame(bed frame can be removed). The room has a spacious closet. The apartment has one other roommate with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The apartment comes with one full bath, located closest to your room, and one half bathroom, located closer to my room. This apartment is on the second floor. Common spaces are fully furnished (living room/kitchen). There's a washer and dryer in the building, and a shared backyard. Utilities are not included in the rent. There are currently two cats living in the space that will continue to stay in the space. The building and the apartment are well-maintained. Looking to maintain a calm, peaceful and respectful living space.

About the roommate: I'm a full time teacher in my thirties. I've lived in the apartment for several years and am seeking a roommate to share the space with. I generally keep to myself at home, but I don't mind socializing from time to time with my roommate or sharing an occasional meal together (no pressure!).I value personal space, kind communication, and respect. I work a full time schedule, and occasionally make plans after work. I try to spend my weekends with family or friends, but enjoy a chill weekend at home from time to time as well. I'm not one to party in my home but do have friends over occasionally.

I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, communicative a respectful of shared spaces.
