Looking for 1 roommate for 3 bedroom apartment

Looking for a roommate asap (female or queer) for 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Bed-Stuy (to join 1 year lease). Room has a lot of lights and is spacious. The apartment has 18 ft ceilings, central ac/heater and dishwasher. The building offers great amenities such as an elevator, laundry room, gym, large bike room, room with pool table, mini movie theater, and a great good rooftop. The building is about 10 minutes walk from Myrtle-Broadway station (J/M trains), 15 minutes walk from G train and about 20 minutes from C train. There are also bus stops (B38, B15) right by the building. The room will be available ASAP! We are looking for a responsible, clean and respectful roommate, who can join the lease. It’s going to be $1350 per room (plus 1 month deposit and utilities). The roommates are 2 girls and 2 cats, no more other pets.
