Deposit
A $150 refundable security deposit is required to hold the room. The deposit will be returned within 5 days of move-out, pending a brief walkthrough and no damage beyond normal wear.

- Proof of income or proof of funds from last 3 months (recent pay stub, offer letter, or bank screenshot with sensitive info covered)
- One professional reference (previous landlord optional, not required for short stays)

I’m a creative professional based in Brooklyn and I keep a warm, well-organized home. I’m respectful of shared space and appreciate the same in return. Looking for someone responsible, communicative, and easygoing for a short-term stay.

This sublet is available only for the agreed-upon lease term, which ends April 1. Three-bedroom apartment with one friendly current tenant. Clean, respectful, and LGBTQ+ friendly household. Master room comes with private balcony, private bathroom, and furnished. There is an option to purchase furniture at a discounted rate after the short term sublet. The third room is empty and used as storage.

The primary bedroom is furnished, with the option to purchase select furniture pieces if desired. Available items include a full-size black bed frame with four built-in storage drawers, a full-size memory foam mattress, a black velvet headboard (not attached to the bed), a black coffee table with storage, and a black dresser.

Please note that we are moving out of the unit on April 1st. All contents of the apartment will need to be vacated, including the furniture in the furnished room. There is an option to purchase furniture items at a discounted rate. Move out will begin on March 31st.
