One bedroom in our 4-bedroom apartment is up for grabs starting March 28 (move-in end of March for April is fine). Rent is $975/month.

The room fits a full bed comfortably (shown in photos) and has a good-sized closet. Unfurnished.

Utilities usually run around $40–$60/month total (internet, gas, electric). Move-in: first month + security + $20 application fee. You’ll be added to the lease and I’ll be transferred out. Lease goes through July, with the option to renew.

About the apartment:
You’ll share a bathroom with 2 of the 3 other roommates.
The living room has a smart TV.
The kitchen’s decent if you like to cook.
The household is clean, calm, and low-drama.

Process: I’m posting the ad and handling messages, but all prospective roommates will meet and talk with C as part of the decision.
