I'm trying to find someone to take over my room in Bed-Stuy starting Feb 1st. It has pretty good connections to Manhattan, laundry in building and a cleaner that comes once a month. I really like the room and my room mates but I found something super close to my school, so I'm trying to find someone to take it over for me. The rent is 1539 including utilities. It also comes furnished with a bed and a small dresser. The current lease runs until June 30th, with the option of renewing:)
