Room Open in BedStuy!

Hi there! Our third roommate had to move back home and we are looking to fill his empty room for the remainder of the lease. This would be a 7 month stay until August with the option to renew as long as the fit is good.

Ideally we would find someone who is interested in creating a welcoming shared space for all, is involved in the community, and is personable. I like to live in a space where we can communicate openly and honestly with one another to avoid any possible conflicts.

The room specs are below:

10x11 with high ceilings
Shared bathroom with me (other roommate has his own)
Closet, big windows

Amenities:
In building gym, laundry, bike storage
Great rooftop view with space to hangout
The building also has a game room

We are looking for someone with a stable income, good credit, and preferably a good renting history. Happy to answer any questions you have!
