The room for rent is a large basement unit with a private living space, private half bathroom, and a shared backyard (only first floor units can access) the living space measures 9 feet wide and 35 feet long (enough for 3 full size couches)

Private back room is 10x10 feet (can fit a king size bed+desk+dresser etc)

In building laundry is included. There are also 3 laundry buildings on the block as well

Roommates are Daniel (me) 23(M) and Kenzo 19(M). We are looking for someone who is sociable/communicative, respectful of others, and their space. I have a small beagle dog named Anakin who is well trained and very friendly. Pets are welcome but they need to be friendly and trained as well.
