Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease once I move at the beginning of June. I can leave some furniture if that interests you as well.

The apartment has central air, roof access, a washer/dryer in the basement, and two fire escapes. Close to Herbert Von King Park, grocery, coffee, trains/buses. Around 35 mins to Manhattan.

My roommate is a 22 year old architect (queer and a man) who mainly keeps to himself and is clean and respectful. You will need to either have a guarantor or a good credit score to be approved on the lease.

My apartment is wonderful, and I am hopeful to find someone who is equally as loving and nurturing towards the space :) Utilities each month are around 120.
