The apartment has a well kept lobby where packages are stored. There is an in building washer and dryer (pay with phone). No elevator building though and this unit is on the 4th floor.

My roommate and I are both teachers who value our quiet time at home. We are clean and keep to ourselves, but would also like to hang out in the living room occasionally. Our ideal roommate would be similar, someone who is a professional, tidies up after themselves, communicates promptly, and is open to sharing in the common areas (or stating clear boundaries if that's not your thing!).
