Cozy Room in Beautiful, Sunny Bed-Stuy Apartment

Looking for a sublet to move into our beautiful Bed-Stuy apartment December 1 - May 31. Looking for someone to fill during the whole sublet time, but potentially can have flexibility with move in/out dates. The spacious room fits a full bed, desk, and chair, good sized closet, and window leading to the fireplace/backyard. The room currently has furniture (bed, dresser, side table, long table) that can be utilized by the sublet.
The apartment is on a quiet street that receives tons of natural light. Large shared kitchen and living room, 1.5 bathrooms, central air/heat, storage space in the basement, washer/dryer in the basement, and backyard access.

15 min walk to A (Nostrand), C (Kingston-Throop)
20 min walk to J (Myrtle)

We, Amber (33, she/her), Sasha (32, she/her), and our cat Lola (5, she/her), are looking for someone that is clean, friendly, down to earth, happy to live with a social cat, and loves the arts. Both Amber and Sasha work in fashion and Lola is a full time feline queen.

Our ideal sublet is looking to live for the full sublet time, is ok with hearing music being played during the day every now and then, having people over occasionally, clean and willing to partake in a cleaning schedule, and is overall positive and friendly.

We are preferably looking for someone that doesn’t work from home, but are open to discuss if you are the right fit. Please note, we are not looking to add additional pets.
