Room for Sublet in BedStuy - Potential to Resign

Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my apartment because I won the housing lottery. So I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for a few months with the potential to resign.

The apartment is a cozy and spacious 2-bedroom in Bed-Stuy, less than a 5 minute walk from the AC trains, which takes you straight into Manhattan. It has two living spaces, a shared kitchen/living area plus another living space in the basement that we use for vegging or laundry. There’s a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer right outside our basement door in the building—super convenient.

You’d be living with my roommate, Elena (25F). She is incredibly tidy, friendly, and genuinely a very easy person to live with.

Rent: $1,588/month
Location: Bed-Stuy
Sublet: Starting 12/15 or 1/1 → 2/28 (possible resign)

I really love this apartment and am honestly sad to leave— the location and space have been great.
