I am looking for 2 roommates to co-sign a lease renewal for my gorgeous, spacious apartment right off the Classon Ave G stop. This apartment is a rare find, it’s technically a condo in an adorable complex full of families and creatives.

* In unit washer-dryer (in its own separate room upstairs)
* 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor
* Dishwasher
* Central air
* Balcony
* Two living room areas with couches/TVs in each (one on the first floor, one in a windowless den on the top floor, perfect for movie nights!)
* Recessed & dimmable lighting
* Separate trash/recycling area for the complex
* No pets sadly 😔

Room #1 - $1650
* South facing window
* Huge closet
* Room for a queen bed, desk, dresser

Room #2 - $2300
* HUGE bedroom on top floor, you basically get an entire floor to yourself
* Private bathroom upstairs
* Views of the Empire State Building
* Walk-in closet
* Unfurnished, or queen bed frame/mattress and standing desk available to purchase from previous roommate

About me, the current roommate:

I’m in my late 20s. I’m a graphic designer who works hybrid, in-office 1 day a week and WFH 4 days a week. I’m queer, lefty, friendly, and love plants! I’m looking for roommates who are similarly on the mellow side, pay on time, respect common spaces, enjoy keeping a cozy home, and don’t host large parties (there are lots of families in this community, so we want to be mindful of noise!)
