I’m subleasing my 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in a newish building in Bed-Stuy. The building is very well-kept and doesn’t allow pets (they’re quite strict about it). There’s laundry in the building for convenience.

The apartment is fully furnished, bright, and ready for a short stay, everything you need is already here. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Gates J train and 15 minutes to the Utica A/C.

Looking for someone responsible and considerate, the neighbors are friendly, and there are a few families with kids in the building.

The location is excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby. There’s even a Citi Bike station right in front of the building.

Max two people allowed.

$1000 security deposit and total cost paid upfront
Standard sublease agreement

Security deposit will be returned once the apartment has been inspected for damages
