We are looking to rent out one of the four rooms in our home—the medium sized one—located on a quiet, tree lined street. This charming brownstone has two floors, a spacious kitchen with an island and dishwasher, and a huge living room with three deep set windows and a 65 inch television perfect for cozy movie nights and game nights.
The available room is 120 square feet and features a large built in closet with compartments. It’s located at the back of the building, offering a peaceful view of the backyard and a quiet atmosphere.
You can easily fit a queen sized bed, a desk, and still have plenty of space to move around. The room comes with a newly renovated bathroom that is not shared—it's just two steps outside your door and completely yours.
The kitchen and living room are shared among the housemates and are fully furnished, including a freshly steam cleaned seven seat couch. The common areas are bright, welcoming, and often used for relaxing, watching movies, or playing board games after long workdays. We value a peaceful and friendly home environment, so it’s important to us that we all get along well and live in harmony.
We also have a sweet black kitten, so we’re especially open to fellow pet lovers who are happy to live with a cat.
