We are looking to rent out one of our LARGEST rooms of the four rooms in our home—located on a quiet, tree lined brownstone street. This charming brownstone has two floors inside the apartment, a spacious kitchen with an island, gas stove, large fridge, and dishwasher, and a huge living room with three deep set windows and a 65 inch television perfect for cozy movie nights and game nights.
The available room features a large walk in closet with compartments. It’s located at the back of the building second floor, offering a peaceful view of the backyard and a quiet atmosphere.
You can easily fit a King sized bed, a desk, and still have plenty of space to move around. the room is about 12’ by 16’ absolutely massive with a private en-suite bathroom located within the room!

The kitchen and living room are shared among the housemates and we’re looking to furnish the livingroom since the roomate leaving owned the prior furniture. The common areas are bright, welcoming, and often used for relaxing, watching movies, or playing board games after long workdays. We value a peaceful and friendly home environment, so it’s important to us that we all get along well and live in harmony and consideration.
We also have a sweet black kitten, so we’re especially open to fellow pet lovers who are happy to live with a cat.
