Sunny room for rent in 2 br/1 ba in Bedstuy!

Queer designer/artist looking for a roommate to rent a room in a cozy 2 bedroom railroad style apartment in Bedstuy. There’s a separate entrance attached to my room so I never have to go through your space. Close to Herbert von King park. Private backyard access! Huge living space.

I’m a 30-something lesbian artist turned digital product designer with a sweet cat (he stays on my side of the apartment but would love to meet you!). I work from home but have my office set up away from our shared wall, so you shouldn’t be bothered with sound.

The vibe is super laid back and pretty quiet. If I have people over I’ll try to let you know if advance if we’ll be using the living room.
The block is super friendly, all the neighbors know each other and say hi or stop to chat and the couple on the third floor are friends. A cute new restaurant just opened across the street!

Bills not included in rent and are paid monthly. (Electric, gas, internet split evenly)
