Lots of natural light. 2nd floor walkup. .5 mile away from Von King Park. Walking distance to G/M/C trains. Your bedroom does have a bed and some furniture you can use. I am in the bedroom next to yours. I have a cat and love my neighborhood and neighbors. I am disabled, recovering from surgery, and I am a musician. I keep the space fairly clean. Sharing a kitchen, bathroom, living room with me (I have a shower chair in the tub.) Common space is lovely. The cat will cuddle with you if you like.

Apartment has kitchen, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room space and lots of natural light.

All spaces are shared except your bedroom and my bedroom. Please be prepared to share cleaning responsibilities.

I prefer short-term tenants for 1-3 months. It works best with my lifestyle and disability. I am registered with the city for short-term rentals.
