I am looking for someone to replace my roommate on my lease for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Bed-Stuy right next to the C train.

Rent: 1857.5 + electricity and internet

Backstory: My lease started in August and my roommate decided not to move in. I’m looking for someone to replace him on a 12-month lease. It is an empty queen sized room with closet , split ac-unit, and private bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony and dishwasher. Building has an elevator and (paid) laundry.

The landlord has given me permission to find a roommate since my previous roommate has not found anyone to replace himself. If you are interested a guarantor may be required.

Personal: I am 22, Nigerian-American , from Chicago Suburbs. I moved to NY after college to start a job in Software Engineering. I work T-Th in office and M/F remote. I’m easy going, not too noisy, clean, and pretty chill. I don’t have any pets (and would probably prefer someone without pets). If you’re interested reach out!
